Alaska is not only the largest state in the USA, but also, separated by Canada, the largest exclave in the world. Its untouched nature is particularly impressive, including North America's largest mountain. In 2015, its long-standing name "Mount McKinley" was officially changed to "Denali" in honor of the indigenous inhabitants. One of the native animals of the Alaskan wilderness is the Mackenzie wolf.
